01 Oct New Youth Apprenticeship Pathway for Barbering and Cosmetology in Wisconsin!

At Rejuvenation Spa, we’re thrilled to share some exciting news for aspiring beauty professionals! The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development has just introduced four new occupational pathways to its Youth Apprenticeship program for the 2024-2025 school year, including a pathway in barbering and cosmetology.

This Youth Apprenticeship program offers high school juniors and seniors a unique opportunity to earn while they learn. Over one or two years, students will gain hands-on experience in their chosen field while receiving related classroom instruction. This dual training system allows students to combine practical skills learned on the job with the technical knowledge they need to succeed in the beauty industry.
