At Rejuvenation Spa, we are committed to the health, safety, and wellness of our team, our guests and our community. We are following all sanitation guidelines to set the standard of a clean and safe salon and spa experience.

Effective Tuesday, March 1st, face masks will be optional at Rejuvenation Spa. This is in alignment with the expiration of Dane County’s mask mandate. Upon your request, your Rejuvenation Spa service provider will be happy to wear a mask during your service if you prefer. We ask that this understanding works both ways. If your service provider would prefer you to wear a mask during your service, please respect their request and agree to wear one. Rejuvenation Spa will continue to provide disposable face masks if needed.
