Aromatherapy enhances the effects of massage with pure plant and flower essential oils to create a sense of well-being. The benefits of massage are increased muscle and skin tone, accelerated blood and lymph flow, and relief of muscle pain and soreness. Shower and locker facilities are available (along with hot towels) with every massage.

Aveda Stone Fusion Massage

A full body massage incorporating the use of hot basalt stones and to aid in a relaxing massage. Note: Not available for pregnant women as this service is contraindicated during pregnancy.

Aveda Foot Reflexology Massage 
(60 min.)

By massaging specific points on the feet corresponding to individual parts of the body, this ancient Oriental treatment relieves stress, while releasing energy.

Pregnancy Side-Lying Massage
(45 min.)

Recommended for all stages of pregnancy. Whether you are looking to relieve stress or you are experiencing specific aches or pains, lying in the side position allows access to key muscles while remaining comfortable for you. Note: If you are still able to lie on your stomach in the first trimester with doctor approval, you can schedule a regular non-pregnancy-specific massage session. Aveda Stone Fusion and add-on stone services are not available as these services are a contraindication during pregnancy.
