Due to the current economic climate along with staffing shortages affecting our industry, Rejuvenation Spa has decided to close our Sun Prairie location as of March 3, 2023. We would like to thank our clients and staff for their continued support over the last 7 years.

Please feel free to use your gift cards at our Sun Prairie location until March 3, 2023. After that, they can be used at our Madison location for services or products.

If you have an appointment scheduled at our Sun Prairie location after March 3, 2023, we will be reaching out to you directly.
